Our Newest ISA Life Members!

The Life Member designation that may be awarded to two individuals each year by the International Society of Appraisers is a symbol of a life's work dedicated to the betterment of the ISA and to the profession of Personal Property Appraisers as a whole. Amongst the various requirements that need to be met in order to be eligible for this prestigious award, applicants need to have maintained active and continuous membership in the ISA as a credentialed member, ISA AM or ISA CAPP, for a MINIMUM of 20 years and in that time, have documented significant service to ISA at a local and/or national level.

This year's recipients:

Richard joined the ISA in 1990 and has since:
  • Retired from a 25 year career in the Navy Torpedo and Mine Defense Division to take appraising on full time
  • Fulfilled all requirements and became a CAPP in 1996
  • Attended 21 of the last 22 Annual Conferences that ISA has held, served as a Panel Speaker in 2011

  • Has been presented a myriad of awards for Outstanding Service and Ethical appraising practices
  • Approved as a Bankruptcy Appraiser in Florida and an Expert Witness in Bay County, Florida

  • Became the first President of the Louis and Clark Chapter
